To deepen professional exchanges in real estate and urban renewal and boost coordinated development between the head office and branches, the 6th Practical Salon (Huizhou Tour) and the first general meeting of 2026 hosted by the Real Estate & Urban Renewal Committee of Jinpeng Law Firm was successfully held at Jinpeng (Huizhou) Law Firm from April 24 to 25, 2026. The two-day event focused on cutting-edge industry issues and practical difficulties. It consisted of annual work review, professional practical salon and outdoor team building. It held four general meetings and three professional salons throughout the year, compiled a 1.16-million-word regulation compilation with 1,200 pages, and was honored as the Annual Outstanding Professional Committee of the firm.

In 2026, the committee will focus on regularizing professional salons, building achievement and legal document template databases, and developing legal service products. It will further explore the real estate and urban renewal sector to drive high-quality business development of all offices.

After the report, Director Lü Chunhua updated members on the firm's latest developments and shared industrial resources. He encouraged all members to strengthen cooperation, seize opportunities and enhance professional influence.

During the professional practical salon, three senior lawyers shared valuable insights focusing on three hot topics: construction disputes, real estate mergers and acquisitions, and new urban renewal policies.
