On the afternoon of May 10, 2024, Zhuhai Foreign-related Public Legal Service Center and Hengqin Zhuhai, Hong Kong and Macao (Foreign-related) Public Legal Service Center received a case of mediation of labor disputes involving Macao entrusted by the Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court of Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone. Whereas the enterprise is a newly established Australian funded enterprise in the cooperative zone, in order to provide better services for the resolution of disputes involving Macao and prevent disputes from occurring at the source, the Foreign-related Legal Service Center, in conjunction with the Labor Arbitration Court of the cooperative zone, and the two departments have made joint efforts to start the operation mechanism of Qin-Ao cross-border labor dispute mediation workstation, focus on the efficient and harmonious resolution of disputes, and realize the "win-win" of employees and enterprises.

For the purpose of carrying forward the spirit of righteousness, law firms and lawyers throughout the city are encouraged to work hard and forge ahead bravely in the new era and new journey. Recently, the Zhuhai Lawyers Association published the list of outstanding law firms, outstanding lawyers and outstanding members of the committee for 2022-2023. Among them, Huang Hongfang, a partner of Jinpeng Family, was awarded the title of "Outstanding Lawyer of Zhuhai City in 2022-2023" and "Outstanding Member of the Committee of Zhuhai Lawyers Association in 2022-2023".

After the promulgation of the new Company Law on December 29, 2023, the new Law will come into force on July 1, 2024. The new Company Law has a total of 15 chapters and 266 articles, and 228 articles have been added and revised. Among them, important adjustments have been made to the original rules from the aspects of corporate capital system, corporate governance, protection of minority shareholders' rights and equity trading rules, which are actively and prudently revised in light of economic development, commercial practice and the need for corporate rule of law over the years.

On March 28, 2024, the Guangdong Lawyers Association published the list of outstanding members of the 12th Guangdong Lawyers Association Committee in 2023. Among them, Huang Hongfang, a partner of Jin Peng's family background, was awarded the title of "Outstanding Member of the Twelfth Women Lawyers Working Committee of Guangdong Lawyers Association in 2023".
